Job Description
As a Logistics Analyst I here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the end-to-end logistics operations. You will be responsible for coordinating transportation, warehousing, and inventory management to ensure efficient supply chain operations and give Honeywell a competitive edge in the market. With your expertise in logistics management and strong analytical skills, you will develop strategies to optimize cost, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
You will report directly to our Site Director and you’ll work out of our El Paso, TX location on an on-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the company by streamlining logistics processes, reducing costs, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Your ability to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective strategies will contribute to the success of our logistics operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and inventory management to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize cost, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Reduce transportation costs through shipment consolidation.
- Conduct process mapping to ensure standardization of logistics processes.
- Utilize Poke Yoke tools to mistake-proof functions.
- Analyze data and identify areas for improvement in logistics processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 3+ years of experience in logistics management or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using logistics management software and tools.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and inventory management principles.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Continuous learning and adaptability.
