What does the job consist of:

The individual in this role will focus on data analytics, which would include developing and maintaining key performance metrics with Administration. In addition, working with business leaders across functions to document reporting requirements and implementing solutions in an automated manner.

Job Responsibilities to include:

• Individual contributor focused on data analysis and reporting
• Working within the Administrative business unit to develop and maintain reporting processes
• Collaborating with cross functional business units to document requirements that impact Administration
• Working closely with business partners to include Sales, Service and Call Center Operations
  
  

Qualifications:

• Degree preferred
• High proficiency in MS Suite, with a focus in MS Excel
• Experience in Customer Service / Call Center Operations
• Strong verbal and written communication
