Under the direction of the Facilities Director, this role is responsible for planning, directing, and providing strategic leadership across all facilities operations, including capital improvement initiatives and space planning projects. The position oversees Facilities Department staff, ensuring effective coordination of maintenance and repair programs across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities Include

Leading and guiding departmental staff to ensure high-performing operations

Assisting in the preparation and management of the annual budget and exercising budgetary control over maintenance programs

Developing long-range operational plans and coordinating staff training programs

Authorizing procurement of supplies and services and preparing cost estimates

Reviewing and monitoring specifications, proposals, contracts, and vendor performance

Preparing progress reports and resolving operational issues related to facilities projects
