The Bell Captain is responsible for coordinating and supervising bell staff to ensure efficient and respectful guest service.

Duties:

  • Supervise Bell Personnel to ensure that customer requests and service needs are provided with maximum efficiency.
  • Coordinate group arrival, departure and assist in acquiring transportation for guests.
  • Transports baggage, assist with room moves, show hotel rooms, escorts guest and delivers hotel keys to rooms.
  • Coordinate all guest mail and parcel deliveries.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
  • Train, assist and perform evaluations for Bell Personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year experience in a Bell Desk role.
  • Must have a valid Nevada driver’s license that has been active for at least one year.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs. frequently and up to 80 lbs. occasionally.
