Right now our Central Production Team Warehouse in Tacoma, WA store is seeking a Production Supervisor! This is a full time, M-F, 7:00 AM PST-3:30 PM PST with a great benefit package! Position Summary: This position directly supervises production workers who oversee the electronics, hardware, apparel, linen, books, housewares, toys, shoes, Target, new goods, and loading departments.

Hourly Rate: $18.94 Per Hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Production Supervisor responsibilities Includes the following and other duties as assigned:

• Establish production quality control and ensures ongoing improvement of product and process quality.
• Work with other members Management to establish strategic and tactical objectives.
• Implement and manage quality initiatives, assures quality tracking and performance.
• Identify and suggest new ideas and methods of improvement for Production functions.
• Recommend equipment and methods to improve productivity.
• Develops and produces reports related to process improvements, production tracking, and cost reviews.
• Active in the full cycle hiring process as well as properly training new employees.
