What You'll Do
Operate sandblasting and abrasive blasting equipment safely
Prepare surfaces by removing rust, paint, and contaminants
Follow detailed specifications and quality standards
Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and PPE requirements
Inspect completed work to ensure quality meets specifications
Clean and maintain blasting equipment and work areas
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of abrasive blasting experience
Knowledge of various blasting media and techniques
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to work in confined spaces and challenging environments
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
Safety-focused mindset and OSHA compliance knowledge
