Production Clerk
Shift: 2nd
Schedule: 4:00PM-2:30AM (overtime/weekends/holidays as required)
Pay Rate: $21.25/hr.
Additional Compensation Benefits
Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, the Production Coordinator will assist in monitoring production of the shift to include, but not limited to, work orders, attendance, and productivity. Assists the Production Supervisor in ensuring standards are met and/or exceeded, while also possessing the ability to professionally interact with different departments within the company.

- Shift Differential: $0.50/hr. while working on 2nd shift.
Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, the Production Coordinator will assist in monitoring production of the shift to include, but not limited to, work orders, attendance, and productivity. Assists the Production Supervisor in ensuring standards are met and/or exceeded, while also possessing the ability to professionally interact with different departments within the company.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum two years of food manufacturing experience preferred.
- Minimum two years of data experience within a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Minimum two years of experience with GMP & HACCP preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Working knowledge of computers, systems and databases.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify issues.
- Ensure "Safety First" is always practiced, while observing and adhering to all job safety rules.
- Ensures that production area is always "audit ready".
- Reviews production schedule with Production Supervisor.
- Releases and prints Work Orders, verifying against production schedule.
- Reviews Work Orders with Machine Operators to ensure accuracy and understanding.
- Monitors work order completion to ensure labor hours, material and production are accurate and current.
- Coordinates with the warehouse to ensure enough product is available, preventing down time.
- Use Business Central (ERP system) to release, print, and manage Work Orders.
- Enforce and model Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety protocols.
- Responsible for reporting Food Defense observations to Quality Team.
- Using ERP reconcile Production Orders Daily and Validate Overhead entries.
- Ability to receive written and verbal directions.
- Ability to understand general work processes.
- Ability to work a flexible night schedule.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
- While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk and hear.
- The team member is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and use their hands and fingers to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms.
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Normal vision, hearing sensitivity and manual dexterity is necessary.
