About The Team
The Manager of the Global Wellness program leads a team focused on developing health and wellness programs for a high-tech organization. As the primary contact for all health and productivity initiatives, the program manager will be responsible for the execution and delivery of integrated and comprehensive programs to improve employee health and well-being. Responsibilities include relationship management, program oversight and operations, employee engagement, outcomes reporting, and continuous quality improvement. This role develops and facilitates communication and engagement strategies to increase awareness and participation in the company’s benefits and health and productivity initiatives, fostering a culture of health, and ensuring program success and growth.

The pay range for this position is $99,000 to $125,000, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation. About The Team

Responsibilities include relationship management, program oversight and operations, employee engagement, outcomes reporting, and continuous quality improvement. This role develops and facilitates communication and engagement strategies to increase awareness and participation in the company’s benefits and health and productivity initiatives, fostering a culture of health, and ensuring program success and growth.

About the Role
- Design strategic health and wellness plans
- Develop and implement innovative employee health programs
- Assist in creating wellness policies and procedures
- Stay updated with wellness trends and recommend new evidence-based programs
- Coordinate with external healthcare partners
- Organize wellness meetings and communication
- Manage wellness initiatives and projects
- Plan and manage annual events, training, and communications
- Create educational materials
- Provide health and wellness education and serve as a resource
- Maintain knowledge of corporate wellness and health care reforms
- Report monthly on participation, activities, and results; develop bi-annual reviews for senior leadership
- Analyze employee feedback and program statistics to improve services
- Oversee Optum Health contract and resources
- Perform other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in Fitness & Health Promotion, Exercise Science, Wellness, or related field
- At least two years of corporate wellness program operations
- Knowledge of wellness program models, trends, and best practices, including program design, education, and prevention strategies
- Ability to build collaborative relationships for service and program delivery
- Experience in leading a team and driving strategy to achieve a company's wellness goals
- Proven success in designing tailored health promotion solutions
- Demonstrated excellence in project management and leadership
- Comprehensive understanding of health promotion, worksite wellness, behavior change practices, and measurement and evaluation strategies
- Proven proficiency in client relations
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Strong execution and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of the health care market, including industry standards, products, services, and delivery systems
