Position Overview
We’re looking for an Entry-Level Sales Development Representative to join our Centennial, CO team. This is an exciting opportunity to launch your sales career in the fast-paced world of office technology.
What You’ll Do
- Start each day with planning, preparation, and team training sessions
- Make outbound cold calls to schedule face-to-face meetings with potential clients
- Learn and confidently present POA’s full suite of products, services, and solutions
- Create customized proposals to meet each client’s specific needs
- Provide outstanding service through consistent follow-up and relationship management
- Prospect new business daily—both in person and virtually
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive new sales opportunities
- High energy, self-motivation, and a passion for achieving goals
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the drive to control your income
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Persistence, resilience, and a strong desire to grow a career in sales
- Eagerness to learn and solve business challenges for clients
- Interest in receiving top-tier, award-winning sales training
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 0–3 years of B2B or B2C outside sales experience (digital imaging, tech, or related field)
- Extracurricular involvement a plus (sports, clubs, leadership roles, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
