About The Role

We’re looking for a Learning Experience Designer who thrives at the intersection of creativity and impact. You’ll bring stories to life, design learning that sticks, and facilitate moments that spark transformation. Whether leading a workshop, designing a job aid, or crafting a motion graphic, your work will equip our team to lead, adapt, and grow.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to develop end-to-end learning experiences—from ideation to delivery and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

Design & Facilitate

  • Design and deliver engaging, learner-centered experiences (virtual, hybrid, and in-person) for individual contributors, leaders, and teams.
  • Facilitate workshops, labs, and cohort-based programs using modern instructional and experiential learning techniques.
  • Apply adult learning theory, cognitive science, and design thinking to maximize engagement and retention.

Create Engaging Content

  • Build digital learning assets such as microlearning videos, eLearning modules, animations, playbooks, and toolkits using tools like Articulate, Canva, Confluence, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Craft visual and video-based storytelling that simplifies complex concepts and drives behavior change.
  • Design for multiple modalities (asynchronous, synchronous, social learning) across the employee lifecycle.

Drive Innovation

  • Experiment with AI, motion graphics, simulations, gamification, and other forward-thinking tools to evolve how we learn at work.
  • Translate insights from pulse surveys, feedback loops, and business needs into design improvements.
  • Co-create with subject matter experts and cross-functional partners in Engineering, Operations, People, and Product teams.

Measure & Iterate

  • Design learning evaluation strategies that go beyond smile sheets—think performance data, skill adoption, and business impact.
  • Continuously iterate based on learner feedback, facilitation insights, and outcomes.

What You Bring

Must-Have Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in L&D, instructional design, or learning experience design.
  • Strong facilitation skills, with a dynamic presence and ability to create psychologically safe learning environments.
  • Portfolio of digital learning content (video, graphic, or interactive) that demonstrates creative design and instructional rigor.
  • Proficiency with tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Confluence, or similar.
  • Knowledge of learning science, adult learning principles, and experiential learning methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience in aerospace, engineering, or manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with LMS, LXP, SCORM.
  • Exposure to agile learning design, learning sprints, or AI-assisted content creation.
