About the Role: Join TREEHOUSE THERAPY CENTER LLC as a Level 1 Behavior Technician (BT) serving the Greater Twin Cities metro area. You'll play a vital role in supporting individuals with behavioral challenges. This exciting opportunity allows you to make a positive impact in the lives of clients while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities: As a Level 1 Behavior Technician, you'll be the heart of our therapeutic services:

Direct Client Care:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in their homes and community settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Use play-based, child-led approaches to teach communication, social skills, and activities of daily living
• Collect behavioral data using our user-friendly iPad systems
  
  
  

Family & Team Collaboration:

• Build meaningful relationships with caregivers and families
• Collaborate regularly with BCBAs and clinical supervisors
• Attend team meetings, training sessions, and supervision appointments
• Optional: Mentor and support Level 2 Behavior Technicians as you grow in your role
  
  
  

Professional Growth:

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
• Work toward RBT certification with our comprehensive support system
  
  
  

Must-Haves:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to pass comprehensive background check
• Physical capability to lift 30-50 lbs and respond quickly to ensure client safety
• Genuine passion for working with children and families
  
  
  

We'd Love If You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field
• Experience working with children, autism, caregiving, or as a PCA
• RBT certification (or willingness to pursue with our support)
• Experience in inclusive, culturally responsive practices
