Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of general engineering construction projects from planning to completion.
• Develop and maintain practical project schedules and budgets.
• Interface directly with clients, design professionals, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety and schedule.
• Track and approve project costs, invoices, and change orders.
• Review and interpret plans, specifications, soils reports, and other critical project documents.
• Administer contracts and ensure that change orders and scope adjustments are handled appropriately.
• Oversee communication between internal teams, architects, and engineers to ensure project success.
• Anticipate and resolve construction challenges to keep projects on track and aligned with goals.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in general engineering construction, with at least 5 in a senior project management capacity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Experience using Procore and Primavera scheduling software.
• Deep understanding of construction means and methods, materials, and safety protocols.
• Exceptional ability to read and interpret complex construction documents.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with proven problem-solving abilities.
