This position is responsible for assisting the Human Resources (HR) department in the administration of various HR functions. Responsibilities include data entry, on boarding/separation assistance, coordination of HR functions and other duties as necessary to ensure maximum effectiveness of the Human Resources Department.

- Assist the HR department in carrying out various administrative tasks across multiple functional areas.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the HR inbox and address general inquiries from current and former employees.
- Promote policy compliance and consistency by providing accurate interpretation and communication of HR policies and procedures to employees and leaders.
- Assist in the administration of voluntary and involuntary separations, including preparing separation documents, maintaining severance records, coordinating final paperwork, and managing the return of company assets.
- Prepare and route Personnel Action Forms (PAFs) for proper review and signatures; verify completeness and submit finalized documents to Payroll.
- Complete Section 2 of Form I-9, verify employment eligibility, and maintain required documentation.
- Draft and issue employment verification letters in response to internal and external requests.
- Facilitate salary increase processes, including tracking requests, notifying managers of approvals, preparing associated documentation, and submitting to Payroll.
- Create, revise, and maintain job descriptions in collaboration with managers. Ensure updates are communicated to Talent Acquisition and HRIS for database consistency.
- Assist with immigration-related administrative functions, including coordinating with legal counsel and employees on visa documentation (e.g., H-1B, green cards), tracking key dates, and supporting the collection and maintenance of required records.
- Assist in responding to unemployment claims, personnel records maintenance, and other administrative HR tasks.
- Support the planning and execution of on- and off-site HR-related meetings and events.
