As our Partner Experience Manager, you’ll lead the team responsible for keeping our partners supported, heard, and delighted every step of the way. You’ll work closely with Branch Managers to ensure they are equipped, help drive solutions, and help with providing a remarkable partner experience.
About the Role:
- Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing Partner Experience team
- Own the full talent lifecycle, from hiring to ongoing development
- Create proactive, consistent partner communication strategies
- Oversee smooth partner onboarding and optimize internal workflows
- Deliver monthly/quarterly reports and track key metrics
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Branch Managers to align goals and strategy
- Drive initiatives, training, and events that strengthen partner relationships
- 1-year minimum experience in the company for internal applicants
- Experience in sales, with bonus points for knowledge of the pool industry
- Sales experience and or sales management experience preferred
- Ability to lead, coach, and hold a team accountable
- Willingness to travel to branch locations throughout Florida up to 2-3 days a week
- Skilled at creating strong, value-driven connections with both partners and internal teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, people-first approach
- Confident in streamlining systems for better efficiency and service
- Able to think fast, make decisions, and resolve issues with clarity
- Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Comfortable using metrics to track progress and drive results
- Salary (exempt): 40-50 hours/week expected for success
- Between $90,000 and $110,000 depending on experience
- Annual variable bonus potential for successful achieve of pre-determined metrics
