We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support senior leaders across Mergers & Acquisitions, Technology, Finance, and Data & Analytics. This role is key to keeping our executives focused, efficient, and prepared as they navigate the fast-paced world of music and technology.

This role is key to keeping our executives focused, efficient, and prepared as they navigate the fast-paced world of music and technology.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive calendar management, including scheduling meetings, calls, and internal/external engagements across multiple time zones
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel itineraries, accommodations, and agendas
- Prepare presentations, briefing materials, and executive reports as needed
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times
- Plan team offsites, department meetings, and cross-functional events
- Manage expense reporting, invoice processing, and vendor coordination
- Proactively anticipate the needs of the executives and address issues before they arise
- Collaborate with other Executive Assistants and departments to ensure seamless communication and operations
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum High School Diploma or General Education Certification (GED)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, a plus
- Must be able to work on-site at our Hollywood office, five days per week during business hours
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar Administrative support role, ideally within the music, entertainment, tech, or investment space
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple executives with competing priorities
- Strong proficiency in preparing and managing presentations for Executive-level meetings, such as client pitches or Quarterly Business Reviews
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism to effectively manage confidential information
- Strong Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace (Calendars, Docs, Sheets, and Slides), Slack, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapts quickly to change
- Must be able to manage competing priorities efficiently
- Passion for music, media, tech, and working in a fast-paced, creative environment
- $69,000 - $75,000 per year
- The final compensation within this range will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
