What You Will Be Doing

Join Lockheed Martin as a Human Resources Business Partner supporting our Engineering & Technology (E&T) organization. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of driving human capital initiatives that align with business objectives, collaborating with E&T leaders, to shape the future of innovation and talent development.

As An HR Business Partner, You Will

  • Partner closely with E&T leadership to develop and implement HR strategies and processes, including talent management, promotion planning, performance management, salary planning, and rewards and recognition.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to your client groups, helping them meet their business objectives through tailored HR initiatives.
  • Drive enterprise-wide organizational strategies in collaboration with your HR counterparts.
  • Serve as a talent champion by identifying, developing, and retaining top talent within the organization.
  • Address employee relations and organizational concerns while maintaining confidentiality and providing support to leadership.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise and other functional areas to design and execute effective HR solutions.
  • Use data and analytics to identify opportunities, propose actionable recommendations, and implement solutions to achieve business and HR goals.
