Reporting directly to the Media Director, the Social Media & Influencer Director will lead the strategic development and execution of Tanger’s national and local social media and influencer programs. This results-driven leader oversees social strategy, content, influencer partnerships, and paid media to drive brand awareness, engagement, store traffic, and business growth. Collaborating cross-functionally, the Social Media & Influencer Director ensures all initiatives align with broader marketing goals and delivers measurable impact, including EBITDA performance.

- Own Budget Strategy for social and influencer programs, managing planning, SOWs, invoicing, and ROI tracking with precision.

- Lead Social Listening and Response Strategy, monitoring brand sentiment and customer engagement while developing protocols for proactive and reactive communication.
