- Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively, as directed by the RN
- Assist in collecting patient data and health histories to support ongoing care planning
- Document care accurately and promptly in accordance with policies and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with nurses, providers, and support staff to ensure seamless, coordinated patient care
- Provide culturally sensitive, age-appropriate care with empathy and professionalism
- Contribute to performance improvement and customer service efforts that enhance patient satisfaction
