2 Hour Learning is on the brink of a national expansion, set to launch 25-30 new K–12 campuses within six months. These campuses require meticulous planning in terms of regulatory approvals, infrastructure, onboarding systems, and financial frameworks, all executed seamlessly and on time.

We are seeking a select group of top-tier professionals to lead one of these four critical launch domains:

• Regulatory: Navigate and secure necessary state and local approvals in new territories
• Campus Build-Out: Oversee site evaluation, construction, and retrofitting
• Onboarding Systems: Establish and manage systems for student enrollment and support
• Finance: Develop and manage financial models, forecasting, and budget oversight
  
  

Each domain leader will report to the founder, leading a diverse team including VPs, analysts, and operations staff, to deliver tangible results. This role demands direct execution, supported by resources, authority, and urgency.

What You Will Be Doing

• Taking ownership of one of four essential national domains: regulatory strategy, campus development, onboarding systems, or financial operations
• Leading execution from inception to implementation across various states, creating scalable systems
• Exercising defined authority, comprehensive scope, and full accountability
• Working closely with the founder, board, and senior leadership to align resources and execution strategies
• Leveraging AI and automation to enhance efficiency, accelerate growth, and optimize operations

Associate Principal Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop one of 2HL’s national operational pillars, ensuring the timely delivery of launch-ready infrastructure with robust support and resources.

Basic Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years at McKinsey, Bain, or BCG, ideally at the Principal, Partner, or Associate Principal level
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional projects under pressure
• Direct leadership experience in regulatory strategy, site launch, operational transformation, or finance
• Proven ability to operate at high speed with a focus on clarity, decision-making, and impact
• Authorization to work in the U.S. and willingness to travel approximately one week per month
• Proficiency in using AI tools and processes to enhance scalability and efficiency
  
  

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Experience in private equity-backed operations or transformation leadership
• Proven track record in launching regulated or multi-site ventures swiftly

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $400 USD/hour, which equates to $800,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
