We are seeking a select group of top-tier professionals to lead one of these four critical launch domains:
2 Hour Learning, which powers institutions like Alpha and GT School, thrives on the principle that students can master a year's curriculum in two focused hours daily. The rest of the day is allocated for personal growth and exploration. Our model, supported by private equity and proven success, is now ready to scale nationwide.

What You Will Be Doing
Lead and develop one of 2HL’s national operational pillars, ensuring the timely delivery of launch-ready infrastructure with robust support and resources.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. What You Will Be Doing
- Taking ownership of one of four essential national domains: regulatory strategy, campus development, onboarding systems, or financial operations
- Leading execution from inception to implementation across various states, creating scalable systems
- Exercising defined authority, comprehensive scope, and full accountability
- Working closely with the founder, board, and senior leadership to align resources and execution strategies
- Leveraging AI and automation to enhance efficiency, accelerate growth, and optimize operations
- Merely suggesting strategies from the sidelines — you will be the decision-maker
- Getting bogged down by bureaucracy — you will interact directly with the founder
- Delegating tasks without involvement — you will be hands-on in the execution
- Maintaining outdated systems — you will innovate and build new solutions
- Waiting for the perfect timing — the time to act is now
Lead and develop one of 2HL’s national operational pillars, ensuring the timely delivery of launch-ready infrastructure with robust support and resources.
Basic Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years at McKinsey, Bain, or BCG, ideally at the Principal, Partner, or Associate Principal level
- Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional projects under pressure
- Direct leadership experience in regulatory strategy, site launch, operational transformation, or finance
- Proven ability to operate at high speed with a focus on clarity, decision-making, and impact
- Authorization to work in the U.S. and willingness to travel approximately one week per month
- Proficiency in using AI tools and processes to enhance scalability and efficiency
- Experience in private equity-backed operations or transformation leadership
- Proven track record in launching regulated or multi-site ventures swiftly
