The IT Intern will support the IT department with day-to-day operations, technical troubleshooting, hardware/software setup, and user support. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in a professional IT environment, giving exposure to both help desk and infrastructure support.

The IT Intern will support the IT department with day-to-day operations, technical troubleshooting, hardware/software setup, and user support. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in a professional IT environment, giving exposure to both help desk and infrastructure support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Set up, image, and configure desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment
- Maintain and update asset inventory records and documentation
- Assist with system updates, patches, and routine maintenance
- Support onboarding/offboarding tasks such as account creation, equipment provisioning, and access control
- Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades and deployments
- Help maintain shared folders, access rights, and file organization
- Troubleshoot and escalate issues to senior IT staff when necessary
- Adhere to all company IT policies, procedures, and data security guidelines
