As a Warranty Analyst, You Will Be Responsible For
- Examining individual warranty claims for missing or inconsistent data
- Identifying trends and root causes of unmapped or misattributed claims
- Enhancing claim data using repair procedures, service bulletins, and part traceability information
- Partnering with recovery leads and supplier quality engineers to validate findings
- Documenting repeatable logic and insights to inform automation and scaling efforts
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in warranty, quality, or service operations within the automotive industry
- Strong critical thinking and investigative skills
- Familiarity with dealership repair documentation and vehicle diagnostic codes (DTCs)
- Excellent documentation and data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience with Power BI
