This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. - Orchestrate regulatory approvals across multiple jurisdictions for 25-30 simultaneous campus launches
- Spearhead state-level authorizations and navigate complex licensing requirements
- Master the local permitting maze - from zoning to fire safety and everything in between
- Synchronize efforts with legal, real estate, and operations teams to ensure flawless execution
- Create and implement a scalable regulatory playbook that becomes our blueprint for success
- Forge and nurture crucial relationships with regulatory authorities across multiple jurisdictions

- Excellence in navigating relationships with legal teams, vendors, and government officials
- Openness to leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows
- U.S. work authorization and willingness to travel 25% of the time
