Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for residents
- Implement evidence-based OT interventions to enhance functional independence
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and meet regulatory requirements
- Provide education to residents, families, and staff as needed
- Current California Occupational Therapist license (required)
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred
- Strong communication and clinical skills
