This role supports the SVP of Finance & Accounting and the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) in delivering robust budgets, forecasts, and models, while also building modern reporting tools and processes that empower our teams to make sound, data-driven decisions. Job Functions

  • Design, automate, and deliver meaningful financial and operational dashboards using Solver, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Develop detailed financial models and ad hoc analyses under various production and performance scenarios.
  • Craft clear, compelling financial reports and presentations for senior leadership and our Board. 
  • Partner with the Director of FP&A to manage cash flow planning, resource allocation, and scenario analyses.
  • Act as a trusted link between Finance, Business Systems, and technical teams—translating financial needs into smart data-driven solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, accuracy, and strategic alignment across planning cycles.
  • Support project management for financial systems initiatives, encompassing planning, execution, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications

  • BA in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field preferred; MBA, CPA, or CFA a plus.
  • 5+ years in FP&A, corporate financial planning, or data analytics; experience in entertainment or media preferred.  
  • Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and building intuitive dashboards. 
  • Strong experience with automated reporting tools like Solver Global, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Experience with data structures and basic SQL knowledge preferred. 
  • Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills.
  • Analytical mindset paired with excellent storytelling skills—you can translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and highly collaborative.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and produce accurate work while meeting deadlines.

Location

On-site in Hillsboro, OR, and eligible for hybrid work. 

Salary
