Executive Support

  • Manage calendars, travel, and scheduling for senior team members
  • Handle light personal assistant tasks as needed

Office Management & Administration

  • Oversee daily office needs (snacks, supplies, vendor coordination)
  • Order and coordinate team lunches daily
  • Keep the office clean, functional, and welcoming
  • Track office inventory (laptops, keys, swag, etc.) and reorder as needed
  • Act as point-of-contact for office IT, facilities, and service issues

Team Experience & Culture

  • Plan and coordinate team events, offsites, birthdays, and celebrations
  • Own snack and beverage replenishment, lunch orders, and catering logistics
  • Maintain a high-energy and inclusive team environment
  • Help with onboarding new hires (workspace setup, welcome kits, etc.)
  • Coordinate guest visits and onsite meetings

Light Admin / Ops Support

  • Process expense reports, invoices, and simple vendor paperwork
  • Support special projects, recruiting coordination, or travel logistics
  • Help streamline workflows and improve team processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in EA, office coordination, or startup ops roles
  • Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Great communicator and collaborator — across all levels of the org
  • Known for getting things done and keeping chaos in check
  • Comfortable wearing many hats in a startup environment
  • Skilled with G Suite, Slack, Zoom, and modern office tools
  • Enjoy creating a positive team vibe and great in-person experience
  • Event planning, vendor management, or light HR coordination experience
  • Creative eye for office setup, workspace design, or team branding
