- Remuneration: Grade 3 ($18.09 - $27.16)

SUPERVISOR

Essential Job Functions
- Print payment requests.
- Prepare log of payments and donations arriving via the mail.
- Scan journal entries, memos, and other documentation.
- Review scanned documents and “join” documents that were incorrectly stored separately and/or parse documents that were incorrectly stored jointly.
- Ensure the completeness and integrity of the journal document repository.
- Performs assigned duties in harmony with departmental guidelines and timelines.
- Must be a member in regular standing of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
- Must maintain a regular and reliable attendance schedule.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma required. Associate’s (AA/AS) degree in accounting related field preferred.
- Two years of successful relevant previous accounting exposure are needed to gain the skills and knowledge required to perform job duties.
- Knowledge of principles, policies and beliefs of the General Conference and the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
- Ability to maintain neatness and order and a pleasant disposition in dealing with others.
- Must exhibit initiative; works with minimal supervision. Adaptable and able to evaluate priorities.
- Ability to perform office and support duties with speed and accuracy. .
- Knowledge of up-to-date office procedures such as filing, telephone techniques, office equipment (including MS Word, Outlook, and Excel), and fluent in English language usage (including speaking, spelling, grammar, punctuation, etc.).
