- Answer incoming calls and greet all visitors with professionalism
- Set up and maintain customer accounts, agreements, and pricing
- Process employee time entries, track time off, and monitor exceptions
- Handle accounts receivable, send statements, and assist in collection efforts
- Review contracts and prepare daily deposits
- Generate invoices, issue credits, and maintain account records
- Receive, log, and dispatch service calls to route personnel
- Handle daily mail (incoming and outgoing)
- Support branch operations with various administrative tasks as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Professional demeanor and integrity in handling sensitive information
