Key Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• “Handyman” type experience, basic carpentry and maintenance skills, strong organizational and time management abilities, and the ability to work independently.
• Perform quality control inspections during and after roofing, siding, and gutter installations
• Deliver and pick up extra materials from job sites
• Handle small repairs on roofing, siding, and gutters
• Diagnose issues and develop efficient solutions
• Complete work efficiently and ensure top-quality results
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, both on-site and in the warehouse
• Take on additional tasks as needed
  
  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1.5 or 2 years of experience in roofing, siding, gutters, or general construction/handyman work
• Ability to climb ladders and access roofs safely
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of the role
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation (preferably a truck or SUV), ability to lift materials and work on roofs, and a clean, professional appearance.
