Schedule: Monday–Friday (flexible 4x10s or 5x8s), rotating Saturday's based on need.


What You’ll Be Doing:

Front Desk Rockstar

• Welcome pet parents with warmth, empathy, and a smile (even over the phone).
• Answer calls, book appointments, and help guide clients through their pet’s visit.
• Be the calm in the chaos—offering reassurance, answers, and great vibes.

Schedule Guru

• Book and confirm appointments for wellness, surgery, follow-ups, and emergencies.
• Keep things running smoothly so clients (and their pets) aren’t stuck waiting.
• Stay on top of digital records and practice software updates.

Payment Pro

• Handle payments, billing questions, and insurance claims with transparency and care.
• Process transactions accurately and keep financial details organized.

Team Player

• Help maintain a clean, welcoming front office.
• Collaborate with techs, vets, and fellow receptionists to support every pet’s visit.
• Keep things running behind the scenes—filing, prepping charts, updating client records.
  
  

What You Bring:

• A high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Bonus points if you’ve worked in a vet hospital, animal shelter, or healthcare setting.
• Great communication skills, solid tech-savviness, and a customer-service mindset.
• You’re kind under pressure, cool-headed in chaos, and love animals and people.
• You know how to juggle a ringing phone, a nervous pet parent, and a sticky note that definitely mattered.
