Key Responsibilities
- Perform both rough and finish carpentry work with precision
- Install interior and exterior trim, doors, and windows
- Construct stairs, landings, and custom features
- Install kitchen and bathroom cabinetry and vinyl plank flooring
- Read and interpret blueprints and follow specifications
- Assist Project Managers with structural layout and installation planning
- Ensure quality workmanship and attention to detail in all tasks
- Understand and adhere to local building codes and safety regulations
- Minimum 5 years of residential carpentry experience
- Strong knowledge of framing, trim, and cabinetry installation
- Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Own basic carpentry tools and be comfortable using hand and power tools
- Ability to lift and move materials, climb, bend, and work on feet for long periods
- Strong communication skills with coworkers and clients
- Independent, detail-oriented, and dependable
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
