We're seeking a hands-on, driven Assistant Project Manager to support the execution of midrise multifamily and senior living projects from the ground up-including sitework. This is a high-impact role for someone who's seeking a long-term seat at the table with a stable, respected regional builder.

Description
Project Management: Assist in the management of all phases of ground-up construction projects, including pre-construction, sitework, vertical build, and closeout
Safety Compliance: Work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure milestones, budgets, and safety standards are met
Schedule Management: Coordinate subcontractors, materials, equipment, and schedules
Documentation: Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders with a proactive mindset
Team Leadership: Support contract administration and reporting while maintaining tight communication with internal and external stakeholders
Quality Control: Participate in on-site walks, inspections, and quality assurance checks regularly
Profile
You've had real, hands-on experience with full-cycle ground-up construction projects-preferably including sitework
You've worked on midrise multifamily or senior living developments and understand the specific challenges and details of these builds

2-5 years of construction experience is ideal; a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus
