JOB SUMMARY: The server position is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible work with no late nights; someone just entering or reentering the workforce or a student.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• The server is responsible for providing prompt and courteous meal service to residents and guests.
• Participate in set-up, service and breakdown for special functions.
• Greet residents, take food and beverage orders, and serves residents in a timely manner.
• Portion and garnish plates prior to serving, if necessary. May serve and portion pre-made soups and salads.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a non-tipping enviroment, but we offerischolarships, tuition reimbursement and bonuses. The residents participate in a year-end bonus program for the entire team! There is a 10% monthly bonus for every month you have no unscheduled absences.
