Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager/Product Owner to join our team at Abbott. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in owning and managing technical systems within large enterprise environments. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a proactive approach to delivering value through technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for a core enterprise technical system
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, and business stakeholders
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value and technical feasibility
• Ensure alignment between product goals and enterprise strategy
• Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a large enterprise environment
• Proven ability to manage and evolve complex technical systems
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
• Experience with tools like Azure DevOps or other product analytics platforms
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, manufacturing)
• Familiarity with Devex PLM System
• Experience working in regulated or complex enterprise environments
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture and system integration concepts
