Your Responsibilities
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative People Data Analyst to join our People Analytics & Technology team. In this role, you’ll turn HR data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. You’ll partner closely with HR Business Partners, Organizational Development, and DEI teams to build dashboards, automate reporting, and support data integration efforts.

What You’ll Do
- Analyze HR data to uncover trends and insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Build and maintain dashboards (e.g., Power BI) supporting DEI, talent, and workforce initiatives.
- Collaborate with HRBPs, Org Development, and DEI teams to align analytics with business needs.
- Automate recurring reports and streamline workflows using tools like Power Automate.
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories for non-technical audiences.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality across large datasets.
- Partner with data and systems teams to support integrations and data transfers.
- Stay current on people analytics trends and recommend innovative approaches.
- 3+ years of experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, or a related field, with a track record of delivering actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and statistical analysis.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R, with a basic understanding of how they can be used for data analysis, automation, or visualization.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) and working knowledge of relational databases.
- Strong analytical mindset with a structured approach to data transformation and documentation.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills for non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
