We are a heating, air and electrical company. We are looking for a CSR/Dispatcher to join our team for our location in Durham. This person will need to be comfortable handling a large amount of calls and providing great customer service, as well as handle email, texts, and follow ups.

Duties:

  • Handle incoming calls and schedule
  • Maintain communication with team in the field as needed to optimize schedule
  • Make outbound calls to customers to provide assistance and resolve issues
  • Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction


Experience:

  • Preference for CSR/dispatcher experience
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required. We will train the right person. We are looking for someone self motivated and driven that can handle reprioritizing tasks as needed and has a passion for great customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications


Hours will be 9-5:30

Bilingual is a plus

Experience in HVAC dispatching is a plus
