This position is primarily focused on first-level IT support and systems monitoring, with additional responsibilities in basic financial oversight and administrative coordination. This position is primarily focused on first-level IT support and systems monitoring, with additional responsibilities in basic financial oversight and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, is highly detail-oriented, and can work independently while supporting multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
- IT Systems Support (Primary Focus):
- Provide first-line troubleshooting for day-to-day hardware and software issues (e.g., computers, printers, login/access problems).
- Handle basic network connectivity and password resets.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for escalated technical issues.
- Maintain an updated log of recurring IT concerns and resolutions to improve internal processes.
- Financial & Inventory Support:
- Review and reconcile monthly inventory balances for field sales staff.
- Audit employee credit and cash advances, ensuring timely reconciliation.
- Support the Finance team by flagging inconsistencies and preparing basic reports or summaries.
- Forecasting & Order Validation:
- Monitor sales forecast submissions and validate order quantities against set parameters.
- Identify missing or unusual entries and communicate with relevant teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain internal dashboards or spreadsheets for ongoing compliance checks.
- Administrative & Operational Coordination:
- Organize and maintain contractual and employee documents in cloud storage platforms (e.g., Google Drive).
- Ensure timely uploads and secure filing of HR-related documentation (e.g., licenses, forms).
- Manage a central operations calendar and proactively send out task reminders.
- Proven experience in basic IT support or helpdesk functions.
- Strong proficiency in cloud systems (Google Workspace, Dropbox, etc.).
- Ability to analyze data and spot inconsistencies.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable managing a wide range of tasks and following through independently.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reconciliation.
- Understanding of inventory or sales forecasting systems.
- Experience with light finance or HR processes.
