What You'll Do

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of slot technicians

Oversee maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of slot machines

Monitor gaming equipment performance and ensure compliance

Train and mentor technical staff on procedures and safety protocols

Manage work schedules and prioritize repair requests

Conduct quality inspections and preventive maintenance programs

What We're Looking For

3+ years of slot machine technical experience

Previous supervisory or leadership experience

Strong knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Strong communication and team management abilities
