Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
- Manage and organize files, records, and documents accurately.
- Prepare and process various office documents, including reports and invoices.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and reorder when necessary.
- Perform data entry and update databases as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role.
