Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and motivated Physical Therapists to join our dynamic team. Opportunities are available in a variety of clinical settings:

  • Acute Care
  • Inpatient Rehabilitation
  • Outpatient Orthopedics
  • Outpatient Hand Center

As a Physical Therapist with us, you will play a critical role in helping patients regain strength, function, and independence through personalized rehabilitation programs.

The Physical Therapist provides a variety of medical services to individuals affected by injury, illness, or disability. In this role, you will evaluate each patient's condition, design individualized treatment plans, and use evidence-based techniques to improve mobility, manage pain, and restore functional ability-all with the goal of enhancing quality of life.

Duties

Evaluate and assess patients to establish a plan of care

Develop and implement individualized therapy programs

Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

Track progress, adjust treatment plans, and document outcomes

Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals and at-home exercises

Maintain compliance with facility policies and industry regulations

Experience

Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in California

Basic Life Support certification

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

New graduates and experienced PTs welcome

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care
