We are seeking a motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our expanding recruitment efforts across multiple healthcare organizations. This individual will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating talent acquisition activities to ensure we attract top-tier candidates aligned with our values and mission.

This individual will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating talent acquisition activities to ensure we attract top-tier candidates aligned with our values and mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Post jobs on relevant job boards and platforms (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, specialty healthcare sites).
- Actively source candidates through Boolean searches, networking, and cold outreach.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist in employer branding efforts to attract top talent in the healthcare space.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to the Director of Talent Acquisition.
- Support onboarding in collaboration with HR and department leads.
- 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or high-volume roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
- Passion for healthcare and commitment to excellence in hiring.
