Position Description

The OK Produce Ripening Team specializes in performing the optimal ripening process resulting in consistent color with great taste and texture. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art Thermal Tech ripening rooms which provide the highest level of performance throughout the fruits ripening cycle. As a ripening technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the best level of quality and ripeness.

R EQ U I R M E N T S

• Minimum 1yr produce experience is preferred, but not required
• Ripening experience preferred but not required
• Warehouse Equipment experience preferred but not required (forklift, stand-up scissor left and pallet jack). Training and Certification will be provided.
• Inventory Management experience preferred but not required
• High level of verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Advanced computer skills (word processing, excel spreadsheets)

SHIFTS AND WORKWEEK

Start time ranges from 5am-9am

Split and back-to-back days off available

Pay Range

$ 20.50 - $ 27.00 per hour
