Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications via phone, email, and chat.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Maintain and update client records in our database to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and challenges to improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies to further enhance client engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or communications roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
