Job description Overview:

Woundology LLC is a mobile medical practice specializing in Wound Care and Transitional Care Management in the patient's home. We seek partnerships with home healthcare agencies, hospitals, LTACs, and rehab facilities to improve patient outcomes with patients discharged home.

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and implementing strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's referral sources to include home healthcare agencies, hospitals, LTACs, and skilled nursing facilities.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Negotiate and close deals with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track progress and report on key metrics.
  • Lead project management efforts for new business initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of strategic planning and execution.
  • Proficiency in software applications related to business development activities.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
