We’re expanding into East Tennessee and looking for a tenacious Regional Sales Representative to own and grow our East Tennessee territory. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape the presence of a new hard seltzer brand in a vibrant, fast-growing market. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales pro with deep local relationships, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for beverage culture. You’ll be responsible for account growth and event execution.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Drive sales in on- and off-premise accounts throughout the Knoxville area and surrounding markets
- Cultivate strong relationships with retail buyers and restaurant/bar owners
- Lead the execution of local activations, tastings, and community events
- Identify opportunities for brand exposure and growth at the ground level
- Maintain regular communication with leadership and report on KPIs
- Monitor trends, competitor activity, and market conditions
- Work flexible hours and travel within territory as needed (up to 40%)
- Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license
- 5+ years experience in beverage alcohol sales (seltzer, beer, or spirits preferred)
- Established connections with Knoxville’s key hospitality and retail players
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
- Physically able to lift 30+ lbs and engage with the public during events
- Proficient with sales reporting tools, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms
