Analyst, Business Intelligence (Facilities)

Description

At Inter Miami CF we're looking for a highly skilled Analyst with strong analytical and quantitative skills to join the Business Intelligence team, supporting our Facilities team. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to translate data into actionable insights and communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders. This role involves collecting and analyzing data from various sources, such as F&B, Parking, Merchandising, Wi-Fi users at the venue, etc. to maximize revenue and understand fan behavior and trends.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from diverse sources including F&B, Parking, Merchandising, Wi-Fi users.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics and performance indicators.
• Utilize statistical techniques and data analysis tools to interpret data and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
• Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for various stakeholders, including non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
• Assist in the development of data-driven strategies to enhance product offerings.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices in data analytics.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, Finance, Economics, or Advanced Statistics (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated success in designing, implementing, and optimizing revenue strategies to maximize profitability and fan engagement.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst working with different data sources such as parking, ticket sales, F&B, merchandise, etc.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with keen attention to detail. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, R, Python).
• Proven experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
