General Summary

The E-Commerce, Web & Marketing Manager shapes Pisces’ digital product strategy, e-commerce execution, and marketing campaigns that serve both our VA customer base and our internal teams. This role brings operational focus to our e-commerce platform, elevates the visibility and impact of our Pisces-branded offerings, and creates clarity and consistency in how we launch, communicate, and position our products.

This is a hands-on, strategic role responsible for cross-functional execution, platform optimization, and campaign leadership, with the goal of making our product catalog more user friendly, our digital processes more automated, and our messaging more aligned with the people we serve.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce & Web Management

  • Own Pisces’ digital storefront from structure to execution
  • Oversee product creation, pricing, categorization, filtering, freight logic, kit logic, and tiered pricing
  • Lead UI/UX refreshes, developer coordination, A/B testing, and presentation of changes to leadership
  • Work with clinical team to oversee backorder and substitution workflows
  • Partner with procurement and logistics to standardize freight terms, shipping rules, and pricing tiers
  • Collaborate with IT and analytics to build territory-specific funnels that illuminate buyer patterns, reveal whitespace, and shape campaign strategy

Marketing & Campaign Strategy

  • Lead end-to-end campaigns for key product launches
  • Build positioning, messaging, creative assets, and campaign timelines
  • Oversee all email campaigns—from product launches to internal updates and vendor communications
  • Manage creation of sales tools: sell sheets, landing pages, newsletters, leave-behinds

Cross-Functional Enablement

  • Partner with Clinical team to ensure product listings meet clinical best practices
  • Work closely with Sales and Training to deliver product positioning, training content, and new hire support
  • Coach teammates on messaging, branding, and campaign execution, upholding Pisces brand standards

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or product operations. Preferably in healthcare, B2B, or government contract environments
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (NopCommerce, Shopify, Magento, etc.) and integrated tools like NetSuite, Algolia, and HotJar
  • Proven ability to build and scale product catalogs, implement filtering/tagging systems, manage pricing, and support fulfillment workflows
  • Strong understanding of email marketing platforms, A/B testing frameworks, and UI/UX best practices
  • Basic comfort working with developers and designers on front-end enhancements and back-end integrations
  • Strong project management and communication skills—you know how to move initiatives forward and bring others with you
  • Resourceful, accountable, and proactive
