NeuroStim TMS Centers, Washington’s leading provider of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy, is seeking a part-time TMS Technician to join our growing team! This is a float role supporting multiple clinics (Lacey, Lakewood, Federal Way, and Port Orchard), perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, patient-centered environment.

About The Role

As a TMS Technician, you’ll be trained to deliver in-office treatments and provide compassionate, consistent care to our patients. You’ll work closely with our providers and clinical team, handling both clinical responsibilities and light administrative tasks.

What You’ll Do

• Administer TMS therapy (training provided)
• Build trust with patients and support them through their treatment journey
• Educate prospective patients on what TMS is and how it works
• Manage patient scheduling and documentation
• Ensure a calm, safe, and supportive treatment environment
• Complete administrative tasks such as updating medical records, managing leads, and reporting activity
• Float between assigned clinic locations as needed
• Follow all HIPAA and office compliance standards
  
  

Requirements

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

• 2+ years of related clinical experience (CNA, MA, PCT, CMT, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and a calm, empathetic presence
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and electronic health records
• Experience working with or operating medical/mechanical equipment
• Interest in behavioral health and a patient-first mindset
  
  

Bonus Points For Experience In

• EHR platforms
• Insurance processes
• Psychology or related coursework
• Clinical interviewing
• Holding a Bachelor's degree (especially in psychology)
• BLS Certification

Schedule & Benefits

• Part-time | 20–30 hours per week
• Clinics operate Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (schedule may vary slightly by location)
• Travel between Lacey, Lakewood, Federal Way, and Port Orchard required
• Pay: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour, based on experience and growth potential
