Job Summary:

Inovalon is a technology company focused on transforming the healthcare ecosystem through data-driven solutions. The Software Development Engineer L3 will lead the design, implementation, and deployment of large-scale financial applications, solving complex problems with innovative solutions.


Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using .NET (C#) on the backend and Angular on the frontend.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.

• Troubleshoot and debug application issues and provide timely solutions.

• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and participate in code reviews.

• Work with monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Kibana, AppInsights, New Relic, etc.) to identify and resolve production issues.

• Participate in deployment and post-release support.


Qualifications:


Required:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API).

• Strong proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.

• Experience with SQL Server, Oracle or other relational databases.

• Familiarity with dependency injection, RESTful services, and asynchronous programming.

• Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, Grafana, AppInsights etc.).

• Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.


Preferred:

• Exposure to Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) – deployment, storage, serverless, etc.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Azure DevOps or Jenkins.

• Basic understanding of microservices architecture.
