We’re seeking an IT Technician I to join our team! In this role, you’ll:
- Assist in keeping all computer systems operational and properly maintained.
- Assist with installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware and software systems.
- Provide guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment.
- Help ensure that company policies and guidelines are adhered to.
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
- Remain current with technological developments.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Two years of related work experience.
- Experience working with Ethernet Networks.
- Highly proficient in Windows 10, and Office 365.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills related to PCs, printers, and other IT-related equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
