We are seeking a Site Operations Lead for our new location in Albuquerque, New Mexico location.
Quantinuum is seeking a Site Operations Lead to manage all site operations at our new R&D Center in Albuquerque, NM. This role is critical to ensuring seamless daily operations and successful planning and execution of site-related projects. In addition, the position will support broader footprint initiatives across other Quantinuum locations. We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated team player with strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
Site Operations Management:
- Lead and oversee all aspects of site operations and facilities management for the new R&D Center in New Mexico, ensuring efficient, timely, safe, and cost-effective practices.
- Implement, and maintain a performance dashboard with key operational KPIs to track, evaluate, and improve site performance.
- Regularly communicate progress toward goals, identify roadblocks, and provide solutions to the broader ISC team.
- In collaboration with Global Real Estate (GRE) and Global Operations team members, lead planning and execution of facility-related projects including budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning.
- Perform other duties when necessary.
- Performs support for the Integrated Supply chain organization, which includes functional areas of: Receiving and Shipping, Inventory Control and Property Management.
- Performs material and inventory control transactions related to incoming receipts, asset management, cycle counts, material movements, reconcile inventory discrepancies, and shipment transactions
- In partnership with the HSE team implement and maintain comprehensive HSE programs to promote a safe and compliant workplace. Lead site-level risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
- In partnership with the Security team, oversee physical and operational security of the R&D site, ensuring all access controls, emergency protocols, and asset protection measures are in place.
- Ensure all site operations are fully compliant with relevant local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to execute strategic plans for the R&D Center.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders and act as a key liaison between site operations and other functional and technical teams
- High school diploma minimum
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in facilities management, project management role, or supply chain management
- Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.
- Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. person (defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status)
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain or another relevant field preferred
- Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making with proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
- Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
- Experience with Receiving/Shipping, Logistics and SAP Systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical skills with proven ability to solve problems creatively.
- Excellent MS Office skills. MS Project, Smartsheet and CAD program knowledge is a plus
